Thank you for taking the time to visit us. We’ve tried to make our Website informative and useful, on the basis that you’re here to find out about heating and energy management, not to read how great we think we are. As it happens, we are pretty good at what we do, but we respect your intelligence enough to trust you to form your own opinions.
You can divide our main specialities into three areas:
• Efficient central heating from conventional sources like gas
• Reducing energy consumption by insulating effectively
• Using renewable sources like the sun, ground and air
|
 |
There are several grant schemes in place to pay for part or even all of your heating and insulation. That could, for example, mean as much as £3500 towards new central heating and Insulation. In many cases that could leave you with nothing at all to pay.
Even if you’re in full-time employment, you may well qualify for a substantial grant towards the cost of new insulation. That means it could cost as little as £149 to insulate your home – be it a one-bedroom flat or a four-bed detached house – keeping it warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

Energy is expensive, so the heat that escapes from your home isn’t only impacting the environment – it’s also wasting your money.
Cavity Wall Insulation
It’s surprising (and disappointing) that so many modern homes have been built without cavity wall insulation. As much as 35% of your heat energy could be escaping through your walls. Installation of cavity wall insulation usually takes less than a day. And in many cases, a Government grant pays the lion’s share of the cost – even if you’re in full-time employment... <Read more>
Loft Insulation
Most homes have some sort of insulation in the loft. But unless it’s at least 270mm thick, you’re wasting energy. It’s estimated that if everyone in the UK topped up their insulation to this thickness, we’d cut £560million off our annual energy bills.... <Read more> |

Modern “green” technology has made renewable energy sources a more practical alternative than ever before. We’re here to help you “do your bit”.
Solar Hot Water
Solar water heating can supply you with around a third of your hot water needs. In a typical household, that cuts your CO2 output by about 325kg per year... <Read more>
Ground Source Heat Pumps
The earth under our feet is a limitless source of energy. By pumping that heat into your home you can tap into that energy, vastly reducing your impact on the environment... <Read more>
